Yes we do train beauty level 2 and level 3 therapists.
?Who is eligible to train with Koreesa Group Training?
Surgeons, Doctors, Nurses, Dermatologists, Dentists, Trichologists, Aestheticians, Level 2 / 3 /4 Therapists & Semi-permanent make-up artists, are eligible to train with us.
?Do I need to bring proof of ID and professional body registration documents on the day of training?
You will be required to provide the office details of your registration documents (GMC, NMC, GDC) or a copy of your Level 3 certificate, a minimum of two weeks prior to your training date. On the day of the course you will need to provide your trainer with photo ID (passport, driving licence photo ID or work ID card) as proof of identity. If you do not provide this information you may be turned away on the day of the course or your certificate may be withheld until Koreesa Group receives the documents required. We can accept non-English documents, however you will be required to inform the office and provide details prior to the training day.
?Will I have the opportunity to practise the actual aesthetic procedure during the course?
Yes. We believe that this is a vital part of your training. You will be required to practice the technique on the day in order for the trainer to complete their assessment for your abilities and to release your certificate.
?Can you guarantee that I will pass your course?
We cannot guarantee you will pass the course on the day as our trainers assess each of our delegates on their retention of theoretical knowledge and on their technical skills. We make every possible effort to ensure each delegate passes the course. Our trainers are very patient and provide continued encouragement and support. If for any reason you have not passed we will ask you to attend the next training session for free, in order for a further assessment to be made. We will not be able to issue you with a certificate until you have passed. This is to protect the general public, yourself and the reputation of Koreesa Group.


?What happens once I have booked onto a course?
Once we have received payment you will receive by email an invoice and information pack within 2 working days. It will provide the relevant information required, including details of the course location, schedule for the day and general advice.
?What time do the courses start and end?
Course times can vary. We advise you to check the individual course details for further information. You will also receive an email with additional information. Please make sure that you allow time to locate parking and the training location. We advise that you wear comfortable clothing, which can be of a casual nature.
? What does the course include?
The course is split into theory and practical sessions, with theory being first. Following theory the trainer will demonstrate the treatment and or equipment. You will then have an opportunity to carry out a treatment on a model which will be supervised by the trainer. There is generally one trainer to 4-5 delegates.
?Do I get a course certificate?
Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance and competence for each course. This certificate is recognised by a number of indemnity insurance companies including Hamilton Fraser and Lombard brokers.
? How will I be supported after training with you?
Koreesa Group provides ongoing support and education through account managers, workshops, one-to-one visits, videos, and marketing material. We regularly update our training material and continue to seek and educate our customers on the latest techniques and products available.
?Can I order products through Koreesa Group?
Yes you can order all the products you require with Koreesa Group. We hold a large selection of both professional and retail products. Our trainers can assist you with your order on the day that you attend the course. Alternatively you can order directly with the office or through your account manager.
?If I need to cancel or postpone my training can this be done?
If you need to postpone your training please contact the office as soon as possible. We will be able to move your booking to another date. If you need to cancel your training, refunds will be subject to our terms and conditions of booking which you are required to read prior to booking our courses.
